By placing an order with Olivia Wardrobe, you confirm that you have carefully read and accepted this Return & Refund Policy.
By completing your purchase, you agree that:

Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

Only standard inspection and handling are permitted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns are reviewed within 7 business days after arrival at our warehouse.
We reserve the right to deny a return if the item shows signs of wear, misuse, damage, or alteration not caused by Olivia Wardrobe.
How to Initiate a Return

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Lost, Refused, or Undeliverable Orders

A $35 CAD administrative and shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
Order Cancellations & Withdrawal Rights
Under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws, customers may request cancellation within 30 days of receiving their order.

All approved returns must be shipped to our designated international fulfillment center at the customer’s expense.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs clearance.

For hygiene-related products, returns showing signs of use or improper handling will not be accepted.
